PERSONAL READINGS. HONEST COMMUNICATION.

Rachel personally conducts every reading. She has never used—and will never use—AI, automated interpretation, or divination tools to conduct readings or generate session messages. Doing so is strictly against her policies and integrity. WhatsApp and video technology are used only for communication during sessions.

Outside readings, Roxie, a Meta AI chatbot on WhatsApp, and automated social-media replies assist with client navigation and limited customer service only. They do not provide readings or generate reading messages. Technology may help with grammar, spelling, and fine-tuning writing; the writing, experiences, perspectives, and observations are Rachel’s own.
