PERSONAL READINGS. HONEST COMMUNICATION.
Rachel personally conducts every reading. She has never used—and will never use—AI, automated interpretation, or divination tools to conduct readings or generate session messages. Doing so is strictly against her policies and integrity. WhatsApp and video technology are used only for communication during sessions.

For service, booking, and fulfillment questions, contact Rachel directly on WhatsApp at +1 (830) 290-3677. For billing support, WhatsApp is primary and askrachelmarie@gmail.com is secondary. Allow up to two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding banking holidays) for billing responses and processing of approved refunds or resolutions. Payment-provider posting times may be longer. Technology may help with grammar, spelling, and fine-tuning writing; the writing, experiences, perspectives, and observations are Rachel’s own.

Adults 18+ only. I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue service at any time, for any reason, without explanation, as permitted by law. For refunds or billing resolution, contact me directly. PayPal or bank disputes may end the client relationship and result in account/access restrictions. Read the full service, refund and dispute policies. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
