Spirit Communication Reading — $200 USD

60 paid reading minutes by WhatsApp video. Your calendar reservation is 75 minutes, allowing up to 15 minutes to get acquainted before the paid timer begins. Rachel personally conducts every reading.

Maximum two adult attendees in a quiet, private space. Separately, you may request up to two deceased loved ones, including pets. A specific connection cannot be guaranteed. If Rachel cannot provide the service, choose a refund or credit.

BOOK AND CONNECT

Choose an available time, check the calendar time zone and pay through Wix. Live appointments: Sunday–Friday, 10 AM–10 PM Central, subject to closures; at least two hours’ notice and up to seven days ahead. Save +1 (830) 290-3677 and send your name and appointment details on WhatsApp. Prepare your questions and first names of anyone involved. Use a private space, charged device and reliable internet.

YOUR PAID TIME

The timer starts when we are connected and ready. Technical or emotional interruptions pause paid time. A 15-minute grace period applies. Rachel provides your full paid time when the schedule permits; otherwise unused paid minutes are reviewed and credited, rounded up to the next whole minute.

EXTENSIONS

If Rachel has availability, an additional 15 minutes costs $50. Pay the Wix invoice before extra time begins. Longer consecutive readings depend on availability; arrange them with Rachel.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS AND CREDIT

Cancel before your reading begins for a full refund or full credit for the same service. A missed appointment receives full service-specific credit. Contact Rachel on WhatsApp for help rescheduling. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund or credit; Rachel processes and confirms it.

Accepted credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and apply only to their original service. They are separate from loyalty rewards. Rachel tracks and approves issuance and redemption; contact her for your balance. Accepted credit is generally final, subject to the full policy and its exceptions. If Rachel permanently declines future service because she cannot help, unused credit is refunded.

BOUNDARIES AND SUPPORT

Adults 18+. Private spiritual guidance, without guaranteed outcomes or a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health care. No diagnoses, pregnancy predictions, legal outcomes, gambling or investment predictions. Abusive conduct can end a session and forfeit unused time under the full policy; serious threats may result in immediate termination. WhatsApp privacy practices apply.

Allow up to two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding banking holidays) for billing responses and processing of approved refunds or resolutions. Payment-provider posting times may be longer.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue services at any time, for any reason, without explanation, to the extent permitted by law. If I decline an unused paid service or credit, the unused amount will be refunded. For refund requests or billing resolution, contact me directly and allow up to two business days. PayPal or bank disputes may result in termination of the client relationship, account closure or blocking, and access restrictions where available.
